Virtual bottle digital solution for returnability (The Coca-cola company)

Build a digital solution that reduces the most relevant returnable consumption barrier (having the bottle on hand at the time of purchase), and configure the returnability model to take advantage of the potential of the new digital era.

We captured and refined the ideal experience of the returnability ecosystem and the Virtual Bottle, to create attractive and self-explanatory offering and materials that facilitate the understanding of the initiative and encourage its socialization.

Workshop de co-creación

We generated a large amount of ideas looking to respond to the areas of opportunity, these ideas were grouped by afinity.

Ideas were evaluated according to their potential impact towards consumers and the necessary effort to bring them to life. Afterwards, concepts were created and their attributes and functionalities were refined.

Concepts

Based on the Workshop results, 7 main concepts were created.

Concept validation

The concepts were presented to returnable Coca-Cola product consumers during validation sessions, where we discovered the perceived value of the solutions. The learnings and comments were used to refine the solutions to obtain main concepts to bring to life.
