Design and implement an ad hoc Innovation Model to accelerate the company’s wide level of innovation, helping our client to develop several aspects of a consumer-centered innovation culture: organization, teams, skills, process & tools; this translated into a two-year collaboration with the client across 13 countries. We finished the year with more than 400 associates trained on the modular process, had more than 25 global workshops, 10 pilot projects working with the new innovation process and 7 international locations working in collaboration for the client.
