Universidad Nextel

Nextel University is a project that was created to innovate the way that the company trains its employees. It is a Learning Management System (LMS) mounted on the intranet of the company personal platform.

It is focused on creating an interactive community between the employees in an innovative way.

Some of the features of this platform are that the employees can find courses assigned by their superiors that would help them develop their skills and train. Also by taking the courses the employees accumulate points that can later be exchanged for gifts.
